You don't trust someone who recites. You trust someone who has lived it. Here is where I come from, and why I practise the way I do.
Book a discovery call
For nearly ten years, I worked in international humanitarian aid. Médecins Sans Frontières in South Africa, my own NGO, human rights, political science. I was on every front, all the time, for everyone.
I learned urgency, commitment, the ability to stand in chaos. But I also lived what I now recognise in many of my clients: giving until exhaustion, the posture of the one who saves others and forgets herself. I was a workaholic, hypervigilant, driven by an endless need for recognition.

Then life stopped me. Two cancers lived through. A deep reinvention. And above all, a slow, hard way out of the victim posture I had inhabited for so long — the one that endures, waits, lets events carry it.
I understood, in my own body, that health is not the absence of a symptom. That everything is connected: the physical, the emotional, the story, the terrain. And that we only truly heal by becoming the author of our own life again. That crossing is the foundation of my whole method.
Today, I guide from life, no longer from survival.
I am a naturopath and holistic therapist. I don't treat a symptom: I read the person's terrain, trace the cause, and guide a deep transformation towards autonomy. I now teach at the school where I trained, and I am preparing my move to Kommetjie, South Africa.

Holistic naturopathy (diploma with High Distinction, 2018), iridology, therapeutic foot reflexology, kinesiology, food profiling, family constellations, lymphatic drainage. Each tool in service of one thing: understanding you as a whole.
This is where the path leads: standing grounded, facing what is alive. Moving from survival to life. Becoming fully yourself again.
